Is there a way to find all assets and records associated with a specific Business Unit?

there is no main page as with Campaigns to see Business Units
because the association to BU is for objects and records first and then assets.
You can see Forms by Business units, Contacts/Company/deals
In reports you can use BU as a dimension/filter.
And regarding Web as each BU generally has a different domain its easy to filter from Traffic reports.
