When I go into a company and have a look at previous correspondance, I typically always find an abundance of emails from both colleagues past and present.
However, what I cannot easily see is customer responses. Currently no easy way of finding a customer response. What I would like to see is an option to filter by email sender, so this would then allow emails from the company you are communicating with to be at the top of the page and easily viewed.
