In a single object report, I should be able to filter by call direction. Will help improve quick report builds regarding calls. ---

I agree that it would be helpful to be able to filter reports by the new “Call Direction” activity property. ---

I agree, it’s frustrating to have to make a report in the custom report builder to report on direction, despite only reporting on one object. It was great when HubSpot released the ability to log direction, and we changed our processes with the new functionality, but now we can’t easily report on it. Being able to filter the date range on an entire dashboard is critical for our efficiency, and with the need to make reports that display call direction in the custom report builder, we need to manually adjust the date range filter on each of those reports individually. ---

+1. Call direction is pretty useless as a field if it can’t be reported on. Please add urgently. ---

Agree i was now looking for such a report, would be great to track productivity. Would be even better if i can further filter it like, Outbound, Inbound, Follow up, Etc. ---

Here we are 2 years later and we still cant filter by direction? Please get this added
