HubSpot currently doesn’t support filtering Tickets by “Associated Deal” directly in the List or Board view. While you can display the “Associated Deal” column, the filter options are limited to Associated Company, Associated Contact, or a generic Associated Record, which doesn’t specify Deal.
Here few workarounds which you can try -
1. Create a Ticket-Based List (Using Deal Filters)
- Go to CRM > Lists, click Create List, and choose Ticket-based.
- Add filters using: Associations > Deal > Deal properties. For example, you can filter by:
Deal stage (e.g., “Closed Won,” “Proposal Sent,” etc.). - Save and use this list to view all tickets linked to deals that match your criteria.
Note: Lists don’t show up in the Board View, so you’ll be limited to table view or exports.
2. Explore API or Integration-Based Dashboards
If your use case is complex, consider syncing deal-ticket associations to a BI tool (like Databox or Looker Studio) or building a custom view using the HubSpot API.
