# Filter the contacts based on the data from notes

We need to filter the contacts based on the data from notes. We’ve integrated Lemlist with Marketing Hub and everythime Lemlist has a record of activity it creates a note.  
We want to filter the contacts by the key words used in notes body in HubSpot.

Is this possible?

Hi @IDanilovic,

Yes, you can create an active contact-based list (_Menu_ \> _Contacts_ \> _Lists_) and filter for _Activity properties_ \> _Note body_:

Is it possible to add a new filter, for example, to list only contacts with at least three notes containing the same keywords?

Hi @IDanilovic, as far as I know that’s not possible, unfortunately.
