Filter meeting schedulers by team member / host (not just scheduler owner)

TL;DR: Add a team member (host) filter to the meeting schedulers index page so I can find every scheduler a specific user is a host on, without clicking into each one individually.

Use case: user offboarding and role changes

When a teammate leaves, changes roles, or moves off the sales team, I need to remove them from every meeting scheduler they’re a host on (round robin, group, one-on-one). Today, the meeting schedulers index only lets me filter by:

  • Scheduler owner
  • Scheduler type (round robin, group, etc.)

Neither tells me who the hosts are inside the scheduler. The owner of a scheduler is often not the same person as the hosts in the rotation, so filtering by owner doesn’t surface the schedulers I actually need to edit.

What I have to do today:

  1. Click into each scheduler one at a time
  2. Open the team members section
  3. Check whether the offboarded user is in there
  4. Click back, repeat for every scheduler in the org

For any team with more than a handful of schedulers, this turns offboarding into a 30+ minute manual audit. It’s also error-prone. If I miss one, the offboarded user stays in the round robin and causes additional issues in the future.

What I’m asking for:

  1. A team member / host filter on the meeting schedulers index. Let me filter for “all schedulers where User X is a host,” regardless of who owns the scheduler.
  2. Secondary: a bulk action to remove a selected user from all schedulers they’re a host on. This would turn offboarding into a single workflow instead of a multi-hour click-fest.

Who this helps: sales ops, RevOps, HubSpot admins, and anyone managing offboarding, role changes, territory reorgs, or team restructures. Anyone who has run a deactivation playbook and worried they missed a meeting link knows this gap.
