Hi

I have uploaded data from an Excel Spreadsheet, I want ot make sure every record has uploaded. The only way I figured I could do that, is to create a filter by the “Original Source Drill Down 2” column that states “Prospects V2”

My spreadsheet has 571 records, some were rejected which I have fixed. is there any way I can create a View under contacts that shows only those records that were imported from the spreadsheet “Prospects V2”

Thank you

Hey @JGray30, thanks for reaching out!

Just like you mentioned, the “Original source drill-down 2” contact property will contain the name of the import (as long as that is what originally created them).

You can either:

1. Head to **Contacts \> Contacts** and create a saved view/add a filter for “Original source drill-down 2” = “Import Name”
2. Or head to **Contacts \> Lists** and create a list for “Original source drill-down 2” = “Import Name”

Just be sure to check out the results of your import to see if there were any duplicate contacts. You may not see a match in the number of contacts between your spreadsheet and the records in HubSpot if any of them had the same email address.

Hope this helps!!

Hi

I am creating or trying to create the list, based on my report "

Prospect Reject V2 ACT.xlsx

Using the **Original source drill-down 2** contains any of **Prospects Reject V2 ACT.xlsx**. It does not create the list?

@JGray30 go to a contact that you know was created in that import and check out their **Original source drill-down 2** value. That’s what you can use in your list!
