Filter Contacts or Create. Report On Specific Form Submission Choices

Sorry if this isn’t the right spot to post on - but I am trying to create either a contact view or report on how many contacts chose certain items on our form.

For example - when people choose the how did you hear about us on our application form and choose social media - how can I create a list of contacts either through a contact list or report that shows me all of those form submissions who only chose social media from that question.

Another example would be filtering how many leads filled out a specific form and chose a specific answer on the form. So if they filled out the request for more information, and selected veteran on our veteran questions - how do I create a report or contact filter on that?
Ideally knowing how to create both a contact list and report would be ideal.

The easiest way to access this information is through an active list. Navigate to Menu > Contacts > Lists, create an active list and use the left sidebar to search for the properties on the form. For example, if you have a property ‘Where did you hear about us?’, find that property in the left sidebar and set the filter to ‘is any of Social Media’. After saving, HubSpot will need a moment to populate the list. The same approach works for any other question/field on a form.
