I have many reports and workflow where I filter on some specific contact owners. Today I choose user by user the people I filter on. But all my users are in a same Hubspot team but impossible for me to filter on Hubspot team. Same for the field “Activity assigned to” and all the fields that look into the users.
How can I avoid to put manually all the user name and replace it by the team they are in ?

It doesn’t look like you can select a team for the “Activity Assigned to” property (you’ll need to select every user individually), but you may be able to use the “HubSpot Team” property under Activity properties > Engagements:
From the Use Activity Filters HubSpot Knowledge Base article:
"HubSpot team: the HubSpot team that the owner of the activity is on."
So that should pull in all activities owned by users on the selected team(s) and you wouldn’t need the “Activity assigned to” property unless you wanted to filter down to specific users.
