Among various other applications, this feature would best be used by people who send emails out to contact lists which include multiple people from the same company.
For example, when sending an investment proposal out to a contact list, multiple people from one company should not get the email. There is currently no option to filter the contact list to only include one person from each company, starting with the primary contact. If no primary or indication of other seniority, the filter should automatically include only one random person from the company.
This has caused several problems for me when enrolling contacts into sequences, where clients get upset that everyone in their company is being spammed by proposal emails from me.
I’m not a software engineer, but this seems like an easy implementation. This has been a frustrating experience for me, and, seeing similar frustrations online, I am hoping to get some traction.
