So we all know that when running a prospect through a sequence, a response will typically unenroll them from that sequence…
This being said… I can’t think of a bigger waste of time and effort than filling in custom properties for a sequence step that might never occur. Being prompted to fill out that field at the time of executing the task would be far more efficient.
You’re welcome. Please build it.
Great Idea Hunter! How has nobody thought of this before???
@ssiyen This response is unintelligible.
In a world where we are building value against bad content created by AI, we need to move faster
I absolutely CANNOT believe this isn’t built into the sequencing tool by default. It’s a very standard feature of EVERY single sequencing tool I’ve worked with except for HubSpot’s.
As a power dialer that believes in personalization through out my sequence, I want to make a BUNCH of calls, put them into their corresponding sequence as I go, and organize the email portion of my day accordingly.
The ONLY work around I see is to create a task to remind me to put them into the sequence. This creates a new level of complexity in my workflow and more work with more clicks and steps to get through my day.
Please, please please fix this ASAP.
2 years later still wishing this was possible!
One of our product’s main selling points is our real-time data. We’d love to be able to showcase that in our sequence emails, but if we have to fill it in at the time of enrollment it’s not really real-time when that step could be weeks or months later.
I shouldn’t have to choose between outdated placeholders or the risk my sales reps will accidentally send an email before filling in necessary data!
