Files uploaded via HS Forms to be synced to associated deal record

We use Hubspot to manage enrollment workflows as an education institution. Prospective students upload their CV on an initial application form (HS Form). We would like to add this file upload to the associated deal record, as we use it for assessing applicants.
If it’s not possible, does the uploaded file have an assoicated URL which can be attached to the deal record?

We’d also like stronger object association between deals and contacts. Our contacts (student applicats) sit as a 1:1 relationship with how they move through our deal boards. Contact = deal, basically.

Yes, we need this too! Our customers upload PDF files on our web forms. We have a workflow that creates a deal based on the web form, but those uploads just sit in the contact record. We want to be able to send/copy those PDF files to the “Attachments” section of the new deal record. Thank you!
