# Fields in quote for customer input

When in dialogue with customer I want to gather as much information from the customer as possible. Making the handover from sales to delivery smoother, so that delivery doesnt need to chase information from the customer. Information that might have been collected earlier in the process.

E.g. like invoicing detailt. If the customer could fill out fields for that in the quote/offer, then we could store this information in hubspot fields and make further use of it in the prosess.

We’re building the ability to capture buyer details, such as billing information, in the quote before they sign part of [HubSpot’s CPQ tools](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cpq/getting-started-with-hubspot-cpq). Hi! I am excited to share that you can now add the following information to a quote and allow buyers to edit the information before accepting the quote:

- Purchase Order #
- Buyer Tax ID #
- Buyer Company Name and Address
- Billing Contact
- Billing Address
- Billing Company
