# Fetch contact data based on email address

Hi, on a landing page I would like to fetch all of a contacts data based on a single query param for example email address so then I can populate fields and customise the content based on this data.

Hi @LeeHoAlexander ,

If you are trying to use HubL, then you are looking for [crm\_object](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/data/crm-objects) function. Using that for a contact, is however, restricted to private pages.
