Let’s open up a discussion to help each other with challenges! There’s a good chance many of us are facing the same struggles or have been there, and nothing is better than peer support and advice.

For Feedback Friday:

Share ONE thing you’re currently struggling with or actively working on. It could be anything – product decisions, hiring challenges, fundraising hurdles, work-life balance, imposter syndrome, or that nagging technical issue keeping you up at night.

**What to include:**

- Brief context about your situation
- The specific challenge or decision you’re facing
- What you’ve tried so far (if anything)

**How to help others:**

- Share advice from your own experience
- Drop relevant resources, tools, or connections
- Sometimes just saying “I’ve been there too” means everything

The one thing I’m actively working on is imposter syndrome.

I recently took on a project with more responsibility and visibility. While I’m excited, I’m also the most junior person in most of the associated meetings.

I find myself hesitating to share my ideas and constantly feeling like I need to “prove” I belong there. There’s a nagging fear that I’ll make a mistake and be “found out.”

I’ve started keeping a simple log of my contributions and positive feedback. It helps to review it before a big meeting to ground myself in facts, not feelings.

Would love to hear how others have navigated this!

[@Victor\_Becerra](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/620965) thanks for sharing! Imposter syndrome comes for us all, but its hard to admit 🙂

Keeping a log of accomplishments and positive feedback is a great tool. It’s helpful to remind yourself that you are the one who got yourself there in the first place. I try to remind myself that making a mistake isnt exposing myself for being a fraud, but instead, is a part of the learning process and the only way you can get to the next step.

Would love to hear others’ thoughts on this as well!
