Feature request
Please add the ability to search or filter segments by the properties used in their filter criteria.
For example, if I want to know which segments use a property like Lifecycle stage, Email, or a custom property, I should be able to search for that property and see every segment that references it.
This would be especially useful for admins managing a large number of segments, because it would make it much easier to:
- audit dependencies before changing or deleting a property
- troubleshoot segment logic
- clean up old or duplicate segments
- understand the impact of CRM property changes across the portal
Right now, I can search segments by name, but not by the properties used inside the segment logic. In a portal with a large segment library, that makes maintenance much harder than it needs to be.
A helpful version of this could be either:
- a global search for segments by property used, or
- a “Used in segments” view from the property settings page.
Either option would make segment management much easier and safer for admins.
If these can then be filtered further down for the options contained within the properties, like actual drop down options that would be perfect!
