Hi HubSpot team & Community,
Please add a dedicated “Invoices” list/index in the HubSpot mobile app (iOS/Android) — similar to Commerce → Invoices on desktop.
Current issue: On mobile there’s no invoices list, so I can only reach invoices via deals/contacts/companies or a direct invoice link. That’s too slow.
Use case: I’m the only person with bank access at my company. Many payments are offline bank transfers, and I often need to reconcile on my phone and quickly clear open/unpaid invoices.
Requested features:
- Invoices list with filters: Open / Overdue / Paid
- Sort/search (invoice number + company)
- Quick action: Mark as paid (ideally with payment date)

If anyone know a practical workaround, please let me know. Searching through deals or companies, is not suitable.
