We would like HubSpot to add an account-level option that allows central administrators to disable AI image generation within Content Remix.
As a central team managing HubSpot across multiple countries, we are responsible for maintaining global brand consistency and ensuring that all locally created content follows our design guidelines. We do not want country teams to have access to AI image generation because the generated assets may not comply with our established brand and design standards.
At the moment, local users can see and potentially use this option even though it is not approved as part of our content creation process. This creates a governance risk and makes it more difficult for the central team to enforce consistent standards across markets.
We would therefore need:
- A global, account-level setting to disable AI image generation in Content Remix.
- The ability for central administrators to restrict this feature for specific business units, teams, countries, or permission sets.
- The option to keep the other Content Remix capabilities available while removing image generation entirely from the interface for restricted users.
This would enable multinational organizations to benefit from Content Remix while maintaining centralized control over brand assets, design quality, and local content production.
