I propose adding a native e-signature tool within HubSpot, eliminating the need for external integrations like DocuSign. This feature would allow users to send, sign, and store legally binding documents directly within the HubSpot platform. By embedding this functionality, users could streamline workflows, maintain centralized document management, and enhance the overall user experience without relying on third-party apps. For examaple, I have an assignment of interest form where our investors move their ownership of their investment with us to a new entity. I have to email them the blank form needing their signature and they have to figure out how to sign and scan and send back which can be a headache. I am proposing Hubspot add a feature like this.
