Afternoon,
I’m setting up a newer HS account with FB ads. I can connect the correct ad account, but when I go to add the pixel and use the conversion api I get the pixel id is null error.

I have no clue to solve this and cannot seem to find an answer on the KB.

Thank you for your response. I have followed each of that articles instructions and continue to get the same error.
I suspected the pixel was new and not authorized yet, but that isn’t the case. I just have never seen ID is null.
I can’t find it anywhere.

Not sure what happened, but it is working now. Might have just needed some time seasoning.
