Problem
Facebook restricted my business page from advertising 
just because of low customer feedback score. I emailed to my happy customer to do feedback to save my business and all those customers are saying that they don’t have an option to leave feedback on their desktops (Recent Ad activity Paga).
Is there anyone who knows how to do facebook ad feedback through desktop after the updates?? I’ll also pay you if you can assist me to save my business.

You should have gotten multiple warnings from FB before your account was restricted. It’s pretty hard to get low feedback scores, so that means you either didn’t fix the issues you had before and ignored them, or that your product is misleading customers.
First things first, you need to submit an appeal. If that fails, then there isn’t much you can do. Trying to circumvent this kind of ban will results in further consequences such as a complete ban and/or deletion of your page. I’ve seen a number of things happen.
There are services out there that claim to be able to help, but that’s about as much as I’m willing to say about that. I would not recommend you to take this route. Try to do it legit and go through the appeals process.
