Im new at this but I made two infegrations with two separet accounts from facebook and only one of them work. When I made first one i think system ask me about “Which forms to integrate” and I selected all 3 of them but after second one there was no question. I followed steps from Rozwiązywanie problemów z połączeniem konta Facebook Ads and I allowed my account to be full in control and I can see that hubspot got premissions

I understand your goal to have lead ad forms syncing from two Facebook Ad accounts. This is possible. Did you connect both accounts to Lead syncing as explained in this Knowledge Base article?
