Extracting new leads from CSV files

Hi Hubspot community!

I have two CSV. files, one with 2000 leads and one with 500 more so 2500 leads. I would like to have those 500 apart in hubspot and also having the option to pull those 500 out.

I have added both lists to Hubspot and I can see by date what the 500 new ones are, I would like to make a new list out of these 500 and outport the list.

Can someone help me with this?

Hi,

You can access the static list that was uploaded. When you upload a new CSV file into hubspot, the software will automatically create a static list for you.

You can create a list with

- Created Date is XX/XX/XXXX

When you create a list you can also choose contact that are in a list or aren’t so that you can filter the 500 in or out.

I can’t seem to find the option ‘static list’ or an option ‘list’ at all. Is this only for the paid subscription?

Yes this is in the marketing platform that is not free unfortunately.
