extracting addresses from hubspot to do a mail merge

I am trying to extract addresses on hubspot to create a mail merge for sending letters. Could someone please explain how this can be done.

Email addresses are by default included in contact exports. You can export your contacts by following these steps: Export your records

Sorry my fault, I meant postal addresses, not email addresses.

Have you reviewed the article? The same steps apply.

Under the bullet point “To export the records:”, you can see an “Edit columns” button. You can click this button to include your postal address columns (Street address, Postal code, City).
