I have a client who works with AI security and cameras, and they need to get RTSP data into HubSpot. I have attached the AI scope they generated, but I am not a developer, and this is unfamiliar to me. I have also attached a sample csv of what data they will be getting from the form. From what I understand, they want an external form connected to other data hubs and to send a URL to HubSpot to be used by the CS team to access customer records in the other platforms.
After looking at the docs would you agree with their AI plan or would you suggest something different?

I’m not seeing the AI scope, nor the CSV example, in your post. If it’s easier, you can always attach screenshots.
Additionally, can you clarify more around the ideal setup? Specifically, where/what are the other data hubs you mention when you say, “they want an external form connected to other data hubs…?”
