The company I work for bids on contracts, and we would want to track external bids for contracts we are interested in. It would be amazing if HubSpot could develop a function to do that.
Hey @ARuizAguirre That’s quite a broad question to be honest. We’d need more info to accurately provide a potential solution. Where does the company currently bid on contracts? Are these company based or lead/contact based? Are you selling contacts or buying them from somewhere?
If you’re bidding/buying leads from an external source, you may want to look into integrating the buying system into HubSpot via apis.
Alternatively, if you always have the leads/contacts in your CRM, there are a number of ways to set these leads as available for sale via the CRM, but likely will require a workaround/third party system.
