Hi Dev team,

can we please get our Developer Test Account extended?
We’re using it to validate a few integrations before we implement them on our production account so we really need it to work and the trial expired.

Hoping for your swift response!!

Nele

Hi @NCrabbe5 ,

If you created the test account through an Developer account, you should be able to ‘renew’ your trial. If you are in your developer account (the URL should like something like this: [https://app.hubspot.com/developer/\<ID\>](https://app.hubspot.com/developer/%3CID%3E)) you can navigate to ‘Manage test accounts’. If you are on the page with the overview of your test accounts ([https://app.hubspot.com/developer/\<id\>/test-hub-ids](https://app.hubspot.com/developer/9122404/test-hub-ids)), you should see a ‘More’ button when you hover on the test account. There is an option available that says ‘Renew trials’.

Click that one, and you have another 90 days available.

How do i extend my trial on this specific account?

Hi @NCrabbe5 ,

I think you misunderstood. The account you are using is indeed not a developer account but it is created with a developer account. If you have a developer account, you can create sandbox portals (development test portals) that have full access to all hubs for 90 days.

If you want to renew this portal, you need access to the developer account it was created with.

I did indeed misunderstand @Teun . 🙂
I’m not sure who in our company actually has access to the dev account which created the Hubspot portal i’m trying to renew. Is there a way to gain access to the ‘parent’ dev account or find out the owner?

(I’ll start looking the old-fashioned way in any case.. 🙂 )

Hmmm, I am not sure, I do not think you can find the dev account associated to the portal :(.
