When we have to declare the legal basis to process a user’s data, it is strange that we can’t see or do anything with that value. Capturing the basis of consent / opt-in is important for our records, and important for legal compliance or an audit. I don’t understand why this isn’t a property we can see. I am planning to build a custom property to capture this so we have visibility… but like why capture that data in the system if we can’t use it? Even my workaround of a custom property would be simpler if that note could be invoked in a workflow going forward, or available to back-fill records. I don’t see the rationale of requiring this field if we don’t have access to it. Please make it a contact property that we can see in our database / use in workflows / etc.
