Exporting Segments Based on Engagement Data

I need to run a report that will allow me to export segments based on open rates / click through rates contact engagement for specific marketing emails based on specific lists (or exlcluding specific emails or excluding specific lists). I know how to run a general report for marketing email but I definitely need the export of the data based at the contact level. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @MitchPhxAZ (thanks for the tag @kvlschaefer :slightly_smiling_face:).

Instead of a report, if you want to export the data, I’d create a list. If you want the list to update continuously, make sure it’s an active list. It’ll be the most up-to-date data that way and you don’t have to build each time.

Or if you want to make a static list, it will show you the contacts who meet your criteria at that exact moment.

Here’s where I’d start.

In contact properties, search for the “marketing email” data you desire:

Then create the time frame you want:

This should help you get started on the export. Once you have your list, go to “actions,” then “export list.” There is where you can decide what data you want to export.
