We use HubSpot as an admissions system, with the intent to export data and import into another system for an entirely different process.

The reporting function only allows me to export 20 columns of data, but I need to export approx. 100 columns. This will be both deal and contact information, on the same row in the export.

How can I do this without paying stupid prices for an intergration I will only use once a month?

Hi @DStone1,

Have you looked into integrations like [Ultimate Data Export](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/ultimate-data-export-224046) or the [HubSpot API](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/overview)? These would be free potential alternatives, the API approach requiring a developer.

Best regards!

@DStone1 Ultimate Data Export will do what you need. However, it was intended to be used a one-time tool. We advise against incorporating it into your workflow for ongoing data management.

However, when you used HubSpot’s export tools, did you:

- Select either to **Include only properties in the view** or to include **All properties on records**. The order of the columns in the export file depends on the option you select:
  - If you export only properties in the view, the columns are displayed in the[same property order set for the view.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/create-customize-and-manage-your-saved-views#customize-a-view-s-properties-and-board-cards)
  - If you export all properties, the columns are displayed in alphabetical order, with the exceptions of _Record ID_ and associated records. _Record ID_ will be the first column in the file, while [associations](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/export-contacts-companies-deals-or-tickets#association-columns) are included at the end.

It may be that you can get the properties you want by selecting “all properties on records.”

@DStone1 It looks like the responses to your question have been “accepted” as a solution. I was just wondering if these responses were a solution? I have the same need, and cannot see how these responses resolve your question. Did you mark these responses as a solutions?

No, I didn’t mark them as accepted and no, they’re not a suitable solution.

Being an EU based company, hosted on EU servers, the apps are not suitable as it would require our data to be sent to the US, to be sent back to the EU, thus making our EU data hosting useless.

I also don’t have an API developer to write a report for me.

The fact that HubSpot doesn’t have a basic export function is baffling.

@DStone1 In the interest of accuracy, please be aware that Ultimate Data Export is hosted and processed in Microsoft Azure’s EU West Data Center located in Amsterdam. Data is not sent to the US at any point, and the app is fully GDPR compliant. This is true for all [Datawarehouse.io](http://Datawarehouse.io) apps, making them acceptable for use by EU domiciled companies.

Hi @DStone1,

If a no-code solution and EU hosting are crucial, you could try [Stacksync](https://www.stacksync.cloud/) out. It offers real-time and one-way (or two-way) sync from your Hubspot to a Database. From there, you can easily export your data as you please. This will keep you data in the EU (you can even choose your country) and let’s you export as many columns as you want. All standard and custom objects and associations are supported.

The setup is quite easy: just select which apps you want to connect (here HubSpot and a Database) and choose the tables & columns you want to sync.

I hope it helps!

Disclaimer: I am the founder of Stacksync, no ads in here 😉

Hi [DStone1](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/501927):

This reply is certainly overdue at this time.

But, we only found this alternative solution recently.

Our team needs to export more than 30 columns of data from HubSpot Deals to Google Sheets Every Day.

Althouth there is an app in HubSpot marketplace for integrating with Google Sheets, it is limited to export up to 20 columns at a time.

Recently, we found another solution after reading the following article. This tool really saved us a big time.

> How to automatically export HubSpot Data to Google Sheets

Hope this tool could also help you.
