# Exporting deal amounts.

I tried exporting all my open deals in excel and i put all the properties and thats how i found total open deal value. Thats where the amount of the deal is located. But i have 48 different amounts and it only shows like 6 amounts from people that are associated with a company. What i want is through the export to have access to all the amounts from my deals. The deals that i have exported are not lost but contracts that have been sent to clients.

Hi @HZemanaj,

Could you provide some more details, ideally the exact names of the properties / columns in your Excel file?

When you export a deal view, it will only include deal properties. Any information associated with a company record or a contact record will not be included on that file.

Hi @HZemanaj ,  
You can try exporting the data throgh reports. Create a custom report with the filters shown in SS, where you can slelect all open deal stages and then export the report data.
