Exporting companies with their associated contacts.

Hello there,

I’m having a little difficulty with exporting some data and was wondering if anyone has a solution.

We’re wanting to email everyone in our CRM that is based in a specific country (China), but we’ve unfortunately only tagged the ‘company’ with the location and not the ‘contacts’.

Is there any way of exporting all the companies in our CRM (based on their location) with their associated contacts?

Cross object list building or reporting is a more advanced feature and, I think, requires either:

  • The lists feature of Marketing Hub Pro to build a list of contacts by company country
  • Workflows feature of Sales or Marketing Hub Pro to copy the company country to the assocaited contact records
