Hi @MTehan, thanks for trying out the app!

It sounds like “anonymize conversations” was checked when you exported. It’s unchecked by default and should not add those PERSON NAME type fields when unchecked.

That feature was added for people who may want to train ai data or otherwise keep personally identifiable information private.
