# Export Chatbot Conversations

Hi, Ken, I just tried this. It kinda worked and kinda didn’t work. It put this into fields where it didn’t belong repeatedly: PERSON\_NAME. In one instance, the city was Los Angeles, CA. The response I received in my spreadsheet was los PERSON\_NAME CA. Almost every email address came back as EMAIL\_ADDRESS. I had to go back two years and fill in the correct email address. - Peggi Tehan
