It would be helpful to be able to export a list of reports, similar to how you can export a list of your workflows.
I’m looking to put together more details and documentation around what our reports mean and which ones are on which dashboards for senior management and sales reps to be able to reference.
The export should include the name of the report, last edited, which dashboard it’s on (or not on), and if it is custom or not.
This seems like it could be duplicated from the way the Workflow export works.
This please! We’re having to create this manually to clean up duplicate or outdated reports and also make an index for GTM team members to quickly access existing reports from the “menu.”
I am having the same issue. My company is looking to merge multiple accounts under a single common Hubspot instance, and trying to gether information about what needs to be carried over for each. A list of reports that could be sorted by last viewed/last updated seems like a relatively simple request but today I learned it’s not possible. Hubspot Support’s only suggestion was to post it in the Ideas Forum.
I also need to be able to export reports as I have huge chunks of the reports that need updating every year. Just on this too - it is really, really easy to miss all my reports, now that the custom reports view you see when you search, only displays 3 of your reports, then showcases the AI-generated ones. This, for me, is kind of yucky UX I’m afraid. Another huge win would be if I could tag reports. Use case being, multiple brands in one portal, and also multiple “areas” we report on - so seeing for example all my survey reports tagged as “survey” would help me narrow down what to edit each new financial year.
