Export a list of dashboards and reports in HubSpot

Hi everyone,:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I’m new to the HubSpot Community and would appreciate your advice on the following.

We currently have multiple dashboards and reports that were created over time by different admins in our HubSpot portal.

Before reviewing them one by one, I would like to know:

  • Is there a way to export a complete list of all dashboards and reports in HubSpot?
  • Can I export metadata such as:
    • Dashboard name
    • Report name
    • Report owner/creator
    • Data source
    • Last updated date
  • Is there a recommended way to audit existing dashboards and reports to identify duplicates, outdated reports, or reporting gaps?

My goal is to understand our current reporting setup and what already exists before creating or updating dashboards and reports.

Yes, exporting reports is possible here:

This will include:

  • id
  • portalid
  • name
  • createdAt
  • createdBy
  • updatedAt
  • UpdateBy
  • lastViewedAt
  • lastViewedBy
  • reportOwner
  • customized

The “Manage dashboards” overview page is the best place to take inventory and clean-up.
