Hello everyone!

Can I send the file of an expired quote by API to my internal system?

We need to send expeired quotes (but e-signed) to our internal system, but we find an error (404) when we trying to do it.

Here’s our endpoint:

[https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/quotes?properties=hs\_esign\_date&properties=hs\_pdf\_download\_link&associations=deal](https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/quotes?properties=hs_esign_date&properties=hs_pdf_download_link&associations=deal)

Please, let me know if you need more information about it. I’m not a developer, so, sorry if I missed something.

Thank you!!

Hi, @Brenner 👋 Did you get this resolved?

If not, I have a question:

- Does this happen when you try retrieving a specific, signed and expired, quote by ID?
`GET /crm/v3/objects/quotes/{quoteId}`

If you’re still having issues, I am happy to set up a quick test and try to reproduce the issue.

Best,

Jaycee

Hello there,

To resolve the 404 error and send expired just e-signed statements to your internal system via API, try solving the API endpoint or changing permissions. Make sure that the structure of the API requests conforms with the requirements of your system. Make sure your code handles expiration properly and that e-signed files are supported.
