Expired Certification Missing from Learning History - Help Recovering Credentials

Hello,

I am trying to locate my Revenue Operations Certification which expired around May. It is completely missing from my current account’s learning history.

However, I have the exact Credential ID: 9cd1b8442e1c4352b2ab00a7c905ceae.

Could you please look up this credential ID and help transfer or sync it to my current active email/HubID profile? Also I never received notification to renew my certification

Thank you!

Hey @Icheema,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

While I have access to your current email address, I would need to know what email address this particular certification would be associated with. Could you kindly send me a private message with this email address? I’ll be happy to sync it to your new email address.

If the Revenue Operations Certification is no longer showing in your Learning History and it has already expired, the normal certification transfer process may not work because HubSpot currently notes that expired certifications aren’t transferred.

Since you still have the original Credential ID, I would recommend contacting HubSpot Academy Support and providing the certification name, Credential ID, and the email address originally associated with the certification. They should be able to confirm whether the credential can still be located or whether there is another way to verify the completed certification.

Regarding the renewal notification, you can also ask Support to check whether the expiration/renewal email was sent to the email address associated with the certification.

I would avoid posting your email address publicly in the Community thread; provide it directly to HubSpot Support if they request it.

Thank You

Hi @STierney thank you so much! Since my account is brand new, the forum isn’t letting me send a private message directly. Could you please send me a PM first? Once you open the chat, I’ll reply with the address right away.

Hey @Icheema,

Apologies for that!

I’ve just sent you a PM.
