I need this as well. I am trying to use a workflow to create a task so that when a deal closes, a property in the Company is updated… but these associations across deals/contacts/company do not exist. I don’t want to create a new field in deals to add the company… I want to be able to link directly to the company from a deal task. It would save a lot of time.
