The side modal overlay for leads and products are nice but they are limited and cause confusion for sales people. Additionally, not having having a quick easy link to be able to grab from the browser to share a record is difficult. Make lead and product pages similar to how contact, company, or deal records work with full page layouts.

Please to fully open a lead and work on it as it possible with contacts.
