How to exclude specific emails or domains from tracking?

It is easily done for not-logging but the emails which are in “do not log” list are still tracked.

Thanks

Hi @JBariss

I do not believe there is currently a setting to exclude the tracking of the emails, only logging as you have mentioned.

On other posts people have recommended adding IP exclusions if this is to exclude internal team members from tracking, but I’m not entirely sure that works for email tracking as it is not tracked in the same fashion as the HubSpot tracking code. Additionally, this can be inconsistent with remote workers, IP addresses that change, mobile devices, or if you want to exclude tracking for individuals outside of your org.
