So a few weeks ago I took the HubSpot CMS Dev course. I passed everything but still I don’t see my certificate.
@DilionSmith did you submit the practicum (building the theme following the instructions provided)? The award won’t generate until you have passed the exam AND practicum. Passing the exam is only one piece of the certification.
If you haven’t submitted the practicum yet, you have until May 30th (the certification is being sunset)
Awesome, congratulations @DilionSmith !! If you click the orange ‘continue’ button from that screen does it proceed to the completed exam?
How long ago did you pass the exam? It can take a little time for the two to sync up, if it’s been a while I can tag in someone to help further.
Yeah so I passed this exam I believe on April 4th or a few days earlier.
Whenever I click continue from that section it just takes me back to the same screen again “Exam Passed But No Reward Generated”.
So that’s where I am at the moment.

Hey @DilionSmith Congrats on passing this exam! On the backend I see there is still progress required for the “Creating Section Templates in Content Hub” exercise. Could you review that section and verify all of it is completed?

It is marked as complete now, still seeing the same message as before.

Just to clarify, it looks like the exam you completed on the 4th was for the HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices but I notice the screenshot is for the HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification Course. I want to be sure I am looking at the right one. Can you clarify which one you are investigating? I am happy to look into both with the team, as well.

So right now I have the first one completed HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification Course the second one I accidently submitted the wrong Zip File for the test practicum.
Right now I’m working on the second one, but just want to make sure I can get this certificate for the first one.

Went back over and reviewed the first certificate again today and everything is marked as complete. I’ve tried logging in using icognitio and other methods to see if the certificate would load through and still don’t see it yet.
Curious if there’s anything else I should do.
