It happened two times in a row, I clicked start exam then “time’s up” appears saying that I scored 0/60. I am unable to take the exam.

Hi @Mo2a,

Can you confirm this issue occurs across multiple browsers and after clearing your cache?

Thank you,
Jenny

Hi @Mo2a,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you; do you mind sharing the name of the exam you are trying to complete.

Additionally if you can collect a [har file](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Troubleshooting-Toolkit-Collecting-a-HAR-file/td-p/20103)of what is happening when you try to take the exam, that would be great!

Thank you,
Jenny
