I completed the Social Media Marketing Certification Course and didn’t pass by just a smidge, I want to see my breakdown and have clicked “email me my exam breakdown” several times today. I checked my email notification settings in HubSpot and all looks good, I should be receiving emails and I checked the junk and spam folders in my email and have not gotten the breakdown yet. I want to take a look at this before I take the exam again.
Hey @rmettille,
Welcome to the Community! ![]()
Sorry to hear you were hitting that roadblock! I’ve taken a look on our end and it looks this was successfully delivered to the same email that is associated with your community profile. It appears the we received the delivery notification back from your email client at 2:30pm EDT today.
If you’re still having trouble there, I’d also recommend taking a look at this article here to ensure you’ve allowlisted all emails from HubSpot: Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails
Once you’ve taken those steps, you could attempt to retrieve your exam results again.
Hope this helps!

Hi @rmettille, Sorry about the missed exam, the “email me my exam breakdown” feature can sometimes lag or fail to trigger if there’s a delay on the backend after multiple clicks in a short window, so repeated attempts don’t always help and can occasionally cause a queue delay instead.
Since you’ve already confirmed notification settings and checked spam/junk, this looks like a backend delivery issue rather than something on your end. Please contact HubSpot Academy Support directly (in-app Help widget → Contact Support) with:
- Your account email
- Exam name (Social Media Marketing Certification) and attempt date/time
- A note that the breakdown email hasn’t arrived despite multiple requests
They can pull the breakdown from your exam record and send it manually if the automated email isn’t working.
Thank you, I did get the email yesterday after adjusting my settings!
Hey @rmettille,
Thanks for the update!! So happy to hear you were able to resolve this ![]()
Hope you have a great weekend!
