Event Recap: AI Hotline

Yesterday, we were lucky to be joined by AI Experts Leo Rodman and Jim Wrubel to host our very first AI Hotline! Thanks to Victor Becerra and the AI Adventurers Community for making it possible! Leo and Jim shared their advice on how they would solve your questions and pain points using AI. It was a really fun session exploring HubSpot AI products and how to harness AI for real-world business solutions. The session explored how AI can be a pivotal partner in boosting productivity without overshadowing the indispensable human touch. For those who couldn’t join, find the recording here. A summary is below! AI is not a mystical replacement for human ingenuity but a complementary force. Think of AI as a tool similar to classic software: it doesn’t innovate alone, but rather enhances what humans bring to the table. See AI as a productivity partner that amplifies human capabilities, doubling the effectiveness of a current team with cutting-edge tools. Data privacy is critical, opt for paid AI services that offer stronger security, particularly those from established regions like the US and EU. This ensures that while leveraging powerful AI capabilities, sensitive data remains protected and confidential, allowing peace of mind in digital endeavors. One of the most practical takeaways was the “Oreo Cookie Model” for content creation shared by Jim. (there is no oreo emoji, so excuse the chocolate chip cookie below) :cookie: First, use AI to draft a structured outline, setting your project’s groundwork. (cookie) :cookie: Then, infuse your own expertise and unique voice into the content, ensuring it resonates with authenticity and relevance. (filling) :cookie: Finally, return to AI for the final polish, bringing cohesion and professionalism to your work. (cookie) We delved into HubSpot AI tools, how to make AI not agree with you (not possible?), and more. This session underscored how AI, when carefully integrated, can drive innovation and efficiency without losing the essential human touch that defines each business. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
