Hi there, We’re a small charity that organises educational events and public engagement. We would like to use Hubspot to keep track of not only contact details but who we have worked with for what event. The available filters don’t seem to have the option to select events. Is the only option to create a note? Thanks for your help! ---

With this approach, you can create a dedicated field explicitly for events. You have the option to create a dropdown or multi-select property where you can conveniently list all the events your organization organizes. This enables you to effortlessly filter contacts based on the event(s) they have been associated with. On the other hand, you can compare the different [_events integrations_](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/events) with _HubSpot_.
