On 2 August 2026, new rules on the transparency of AI systems take effect.
The EU want to "help people recognise when they are […] are exposed to AI-generated content".
To get this accross all files I propose two thing:

make the “Created with AI” Tag in the HubSpot FileManager editable. So uploaded media can be marked correctly.

give this info to the theme-developer (so all image,video,… fields have to output this) so we can show it to the users, which is the whole point
