I am currently working on a personal project called BaseClair and I am looking for HubSpot users who are willing to test a free Windows BETA version.
BaseClair works with CSV/XLSX exports from a CRM to help address certain data quality issues:
- duplicates
- inconsistencies between records
- poorly formatted phone numbers or emails
- data that is difficult to clean manually
The principle is simple:
→ you export your CRM data to CSV or XLSX
→ BaseClair analyzes the file directly on your computer
→ sufficiently reliable cases are processed automatically
→ more uncertain cases remain for your validation
→ you then receive a cleaned XLSX file
Important: BaseClair is not a native HubSpot integration. It works on a CRM export.
The data remains locally on your PC: I do not ask you to send your CRM database to a server.
There is nothing to buy here. I am simply looking for people who actually handle HubSpot data and who would be willing to test the BETA and give me honest feedback on:
- ease of use
- quality of the results
- any potential bugs
- unclear elements
- what should be improved
