# Error while importing

This kind of error shows up when I am trying to import data. Though in my another hubspot account while importing at same time do not show this kind of error?

Hi @SSingh822,

What exactly did you click before landing here, can you please share a screenshot?

If this cannot be resolved by clearing cache/cookies, disabling browser extensions, using a private window or different ([supported](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot)) browser, then I’d recommend recording a [har file](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/collect-a-har-file-for-troubleshooting) before reaching out to support in-app directly, by clicking on the question mark icon in the top menu, then reaching out via chat or email.
