# Error sending email after multiple email opens

Hi all, I’ve sent 2 email to a prospect within a Sales sequence, they opened the 1st email once and the 2nd email twice.

The next step in the sequence was meant to be another email and it just says there’s been an error when trying to send this email - no explanation.

Is there a way to dive deeper into the error?

Should I assume the prospect has blocked my email/added me to junk etc?

Hi @MNar,

There are a couple options here.

1. You could go to the contact’s record in HubSpot and view ‘Activities’ \> ‘Sequence activity’ and see if that helps to provide you more context on why they weren’t able to receive the name of the email not sent.

Thanks that’s helpful, although without understanding the source of the error I’m still not sure what the actual issue was. I can see there was an error, but it wasn’t a bounce, and I have no notifications regarding reaching any limits.
